Nothing But Rain LLC ("we", "us") runs the Nothing But Rain (NBR) website and waitlist. This policy explains what we collect when you join the waitlist and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name and email, which you type into the form.
- Signup source: which link brought you here (for example TikTok, X, YouTube, Discord or a post).
- When you signed up: the date and time, plus a record that you ticked the consent box.
That's it. The waitlist doesn't ask for your TradingView username, payment details, broker details or trading account data.
Why we collect it
- To email you NBR launch news and updates on what's coming.
- To email you the weekly TikTok LIVE schedule.
- To see which links bring people to the waitlist.
Unsubscribe anytime
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email nothingbutrain23@gmail.com and we'll take you off the list.
Newsletter emails are sent only with your consent, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
We don't sell your data
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the service providers we use to run the waitlist and send email (for example our form and email tools), and only so they can do that job. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we stop running the waitlist.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing nothingbutrain23@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights, and we'll respond within the time the law requires.
Age
NBR is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the update here and change the "Last updated" date. If you later subscribe to NBR, a fuller policy will cover your subscription.
